This training will cover all the functionality the application has to offer, including changing ACD states, call handling, and using disposition codes. 

**This course is for those agents using UC-One, Webex, or their Deskphone in conjunction with Unity.  If you are using Teams as your audio end point with Unity, please see our other Unity Agent with Teams Training**
